Kimberly R. Lambert began her legal career as a busy trial paralegal for Mike Papantonio handling various product liability cases throughout the United States. While in law school, Ms. Lambert studied abroad in Vienna, Austria, served as Managing Editor of the Journal of Public Interest Law and Staff Editor of the Maritime Law Journal, appeared before Louisiana courts logging at least 250 pro bono hours during her third year of law school, and graduated at the top of her class.
Ms. Lambert joined the law firm of Levin, Papantonio in 2005 and earned partner/shareholder status in 2010. Ms. Lambert focuses her practice on personal injury, mass tort litigation, products liability litigation, wrongful death, and admiralty/maritime law.
Ms. Lambert has handled multiple mass tort litigations including FenPhen, Guidant, Medtronic, Rezulin, Medtronic Leads, Asbestos, Zyprexa, Yamaha Rhino, and Birth Defects. She was the lead attorney in the Tequin litigation resulting in a very favorable settlement for her clients, and in 2010, she and her trial partners received the only plaintiff’s verdict against Yamaha for injuries sustained in a Rhino rollover case.
She is currently licensed to practice law before all Florida state courts, the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and has been given permission to practice in many multi-district litigations throughout the country.
Ms. Lambert stays actively involved in her local community by participating in annual Law Day events, area school law-related presentations, speaking events for local paralegal organizations, the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program as well as speaking at MassTorts Made Perfect and other state CLE programs.
